Al-Zahra Private Hospital started its career in providing medical services in 1399 AH, after His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Mohsen bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud - may Allah have mercy on him - inaugurating it to be the first private hospital of its kind in the region of Medina.
During the last 33 years, the hospital has been able to achieve many achievements in serving the citizen, resident and visitor in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah

In 1418H, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, may God have mercy on him, opened the cardiac department to be the first specialized department in the Medina area in this specialty, which became a destination for many patients from different regions of the Kingdom and neighboring countries, which was He is credited after Allah Almighty in eliminating the suffering of many people suffering from heart disease, waiting for medical evacuation planes and booking places for them in hospitals outside the Medina area.
In 1424H, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the hospital, HRH Prince Muqrin bin Abdul Aziz inaugurated the new emergency department, which includes the latest examination and surgical devices and emergency ambulance.
